TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Micky’s Dog House

​

1. Bookings & Payment

  • Boarding bookings are secured with a 50% deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival.

  • Daycare must be paid in full in advance, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Pricing & Charging

  • Boarding is charged at £30 per day, per dog.

  • Overnight stays are charged across days to include care before and after the night.

Examples:

  • 1 night stay (2 days) = £60

  • 5 days = £150

  • 7 days = £210

​

3. Trial Night (Required)

  • A trial night (£60) is required before all longer boarding stays.

  • This allows assessment of suitability and ensures your dog settles comfortably.

  • Trial nights are fixed price and non-negotiable.

4. Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • Short-notice cancellations may result in the full balance being payable.

  • Daycare cancellations should be made with as much notice as possible.

5. Suitability & Behaviour

  • Micky’s Dog House specialises in small, calm dogs.

  • Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive and able to settle in a home environment.

  • If a dog is found to be unsuitable, unsafe, or unable to settle,
    the booking may be declined or ended early.

6. Vaccinations

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated.

  • Proof of vaccination is required prior to booking.

  • Kennel cough vaccination is not mandatory.

​

7. Flea & Worming

  • All dogs must be treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding or daycare.

  • By booking, owners confirm their dog is up to date with flea and worm treatment.

  • If a dog is found to have fleas or parasites during their stay,
    treatment may be administered and the cost charged to the owner.

8. Health & Emergencies

  • Owners must provide accurate information regarding their dog’s health, behaviour and needs.

  • In the event of illness or emergency, every effort will be made to contact the owner.

  • If necessary, veterinary treatment will be sought.

  • Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

9. Food & Belongings

  • Owners should provide their dog’s usual food.

  • Any personal items (beds, toys, etc.) are left at the owner’s risk.

​

10. Drop-Off & Collection

  • Drop-off and collection times are agreed in advance.

  • Flexibility is offered where possible but must be respected.

​

11. Photos & Social Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during your dog’s stay.

  • These may be used for updates or for social media / website content.

​

12. Agreement

  • By booking with Micky’s Dog House, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • These terms are in place to ensure a safe, fair and positive experience for all dogs.
